These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dreamforce Delusion website, online services, applications, publishing tools, community features, and other services operated under the Dreamforce Delusion name (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

2. About Dreamforce Delusion

Dreamforce Delusion is an independent game development studio creating original interactive experiences, including games published through Roblox and associated websites, communities, promotional content, and online services.

Dreamforce Delusion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, TikTok, Discord, Meta, X, YouTube, or other third-party platforms unless expressly stated otherwise.

Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Eligibility and Third-Party Platforms

Some Dreamforce Delusion experiences and features are provided through third-party platforms such as Roblox, Discord, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and X.

Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms, policies, age requirements, and community standards.

Where a third-party platform imposes an age or eligibility requirement, you must meet that requirement to use the corresponding integration or service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to Dreamforce Delusion systems, accounts, APIs, or infrastructure;

• interfere with the normal operation or security of the Services;

• distribute malware or malicious code;

• impersonate Dreamforce Delusion, its representatives, or another person;

• use automated systems to abuse or overload the Services;

• attempt to circumvent technical, security, moderation, or access restrictions; or

• use Dreamforce Delusion content in a manner that infringes intellectual-property or other legal rights.

We may restrict or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary to protect Dreamforce Delusion, its users, third-party platforms, or others.

5. Games and Virtual Content

Dreamforce Delusion games may contain virtual currencies, items, rewards, progression, game passes, developer products, cosmetic items, or other virtual content.

Where these are offered through Roblox or another third-party platform, purchases and transactions are processed according to that platform's applicable terms and policies.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the relevant platform's rules, virtual content has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash through Dreamforce Delusion.

6. Social Media and Publishing Features

Dreamforce Delusion may use integrations with third-party social platforms to prepare, manage, upload, or publish official Dreamforce Delusion content.

When a user connects an eligible third-party account, the user authorizes Dreamforce Delusion to perform only the actions permitted by the permissions granted through that platform.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that content they choose to publish complies with the applicable platform's rules and applicable law.

Authorization to a third-party service may be revoked through the relevant platform where supported.

7. TikTok Integration

Dreamforce Delusion may integrate with TikTok through TikTok's authorized developer services.

Where available, an authorized user may connect a TikTok account and permit Dreamforce Delusion to prepare or publish approved Dreamforce Delusion content using permissions granted by that user.

Dreamforce Delusion will not intentionally publish to a TikTok account without the authorization required by TikTok.

Use of TikTok functionality is also governed by TikTok's own applicable terms, policies, developer requirements, and community standards.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Dreamforce Delusion owns or licenses the content, branding, graphics, game concepts, website materials, software, promotional materials, and other original content made available through the Services.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Dreamforce Delusion intellectual property to you.

You may not reproduce, sell, redistribute, impersonate, or commercially exploit Dreamforce Delusion intellectual property without permission except where permitted by law.

9. User Content

If the Services allow you to submit content, you retain ownership of rights you already hold in that content.

You grant Dreamforce Delusion the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, display, transmit, or otherwise use that content for the purpose for which you submitted it.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for content you provide.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services.

Dreamforce Delusion does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, security practices, or privacy practices.

11. Service Availability

We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or replace parts of the Services from time to time.

Although we aim to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

12. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, that the Services will be free from errors, or that third-party services will continue providing their integrations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dreamforce Delusion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our Services, integrations, business practices, or legal obligations change.

The current version will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
